		<description><![CDATA[Malachi, I enjoyed your presentation yesterday, particularly the second half when you spoke about use of Twitter and Facebook. I often get laughed at when suggesting that people make their comments more personable and not just sit in broadcast/spam mode, so was glad to hear you emphasise the importance of being seen to be human. It is often seen as &quot;cool&quot; to be on Twitter without any real thought or strategy as to how it should be used. That&#039;s the huge challenge facing the NICS at the moment and it remains to be seen if we can make a success of using social media. 
I also had a look at the SDLP site after your speech too and you were spot on. I particularly cringed at the 556 links on the news page, imagine the fun a blind user would have with that site!]]></description>
